Department of Transportation

The Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC), which provides expert advise to industry representatives regarding implementation of the controlled substances and alcohol testing rules

Office of the President

Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) establishes policies, priorities, and objectives for the Nation's drug control program, the goals of which are to reduce illicit drug use, manufacturing, and trafficking; drug-related crime and violence; and drug-related health consequences. To achieve these goals, the Director of ONDCP is charged with producing the National Drug Control Strategy, which directs the Nation's anti-drug efforts and establishes a program, a budget, and guidelines for cooperation among Federal, State, and local entities:

 

Department of Labor

Department of Labor's Working Partners for an Alcohol- and Drug-Free American Workplace. Working Partners has gathered facts and figures about alcohol and drug abuse and developed information and is a valuable resource on how to establish an alcohol- and drug-free workplace.

National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information, a service of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
